Bali Day Tours
Bookings can be done on the website, by email or on the phone.For day
tours we accept bookings maximum 3 months in advance and 2 days minimum before the
Tour date.Full payment needed to secure your place on the tour. Contact us for more

Terms and conditions
The balance of payment for the long tours (like woman only tours) must be received
no later than 30 days before the tour date. Also at this time the reservation deposit
becomes non-refundable.
Reservation deposit: a deposit of $500 per person is required
to secure your booking, of which $250 is non-refundable.
If it is necessary for you to cancel your booking there are two possibilities:-
(a)
You can transfer your booking to another one of our tours at a later time, with a
credit according to the payments you have made, less any non-recoverable costs we
have incurred on your behalf. A small re-booking fee also applies.
(b) A partial refund. Once full monies have been paid the refund available is 50%
of the total fees paid. If cancellation occurs 2 days or less prior to the tour date
no refund is available and we recommend that you transfer your booking to another
one of our tours.
Tour cancellation policy
Alma’s Best Tours reserve the right to cancel any tour in which case no liability shall fall on Alma’s Best Tours. In this instance, participants' payments will be refunded in full. No refund will be issued to those failing to join their tour, failing to take their accommodation or any services not used, nor for a partially completed tour. Alma’s Best Tours also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at its own discretion.
Loss or damage
Alma’s Best Tours does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal property, nor for any loss, damage, delay, illness, fatality or other injury suffered. Baggage and personal effects are at the participant’s risk at all times.
Participants agree that in the case of injury or illness Alma’s Best Tours can, at
a cost to the participant, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation service,
as Alma’s Best Tours deem essential for the participant's safety.
Change to the itinerary
Alma's Best Tours reserve the right to amend or vary the itinerary or other services nominated in the tour outline should circumstances warrant that such changes would be in the best interest of participants or any other operational reason.
Exchange rate changes
To reflect fluctuations in exchange rates or the imposition of new government taxes that impact on the cost of providing its services Alma’s Best Tours reserve the right to adjust prices as may be necessary at any time.
Insurances
Participants are required to take out their own travel insurance package to adequately
cover unforeseen circumstances. The policy should cover personal accident and sickness,
accidental loss of baggage and money, loss of deposit, payment or cancellation fees
and curtailment expenses.The tour(s) does not include airfares, passport or visa
fees, taxes, travel and health insurance, telephone expenses, food and drinks unless
specified, excess baggage charges, tips and services not listed in the final itinerary
and all items of a personal nature.
Independent suppliers
Alma’s Best Tours shall be in no part held liable for any acts, omissions, failures, or defaults on part of the persons or companies who at the request of Alma’s Best Tours provide transport, accommodation or similar services or facilities.
Liability
By accepting these terms you agree that neither Alma’s Best Tours nor any representative shall be liable or under any obligation for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services of directly or indirectly resulting from any circumstances beyond its/their control including, but not limited to, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay, hijacking, act or threat of war (whether declared or not), riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, discharge dispersal, release or escape of pollutants, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, sickness, bad weather, technical or transportation problems, closure of stations or airports, cancellations or changes of schedules by railways, air or bus lines or any other circumstances beyond Alma’s Best Tours’ control .
